ACOC Operates entirely on donations and small grants

ABOUT ACOC

Adirondack Community Outreach Center, located in North Creek, NY serves the residents of Northern Warren County and Southern Essex County - the gateway to the beautiful Adirondack Mountains, home of Gore ski resort, Garnet Hill Lodge and so much more.

Recreational opportunity abounds here, but there are challenges to living in a tourism dependent economy.  One in Five children live in poverty.   Access to basics; food, clothing, medical services- can be difficult, sometimes requiring over an hour of one way travel time.

ACOC strives to alleviate some of the stresses of living in a remote area.   We provide services such as a food pantry, a used clothing center, community garden and space for other organizations to operate out of.   Our building hosts a baby's play group, yoga, and is available to be used for free for birthday parties or family gatherings.
